With Success Comes A Price
I received my first notice from a copyright holder to remove a post. King Crimson to be exact. It has me a little scared. I had assumed I was safe posting bootlegs. Now, maybe not. I removed the post. What do I do now? Shut down the blog? Try to take it private again? I may have a way, but it may crap out like the last time. Your thoughts? Insights? Ideas? Send me an email at blind-pig@live.com or leave a comment under any post.

any idea where the live stuff is from?
The only info I have is it was a radio station promo disc.
Ive got an original CD. Rare promotional disc released in 1989 on Sire. Great stuff. The live stuff was recorded at University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Dosent have the date. My scanner is down, or I'd scan it and post it. Hope to replace the scanner soon.
It is indeed one and the same...details:
"The Replacements Live Inconcerated" was a six-song promo only release sent to radio stations to coincide with the Mats' Don't Tell a Soul LP. The handful of live cuts here find Paul Westerberg and the boys sharp as a tack (and assumedly sober). This is a superb concert recording from a gig at The University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
PS: Love this site...keep up the fantastic work!
