With Success Comes A Price

I received my first notice from a copyright holder to remove a post. King Crimson to be exact. It has me a little scared. I had assumed I was safe posting bootlegs. Now, maybe not. I removed the post. What do I do now? Shut down the blog? Try to take it private again? I may have a way, but it may crap out like the last time. Your thoughts? Insights? Ideas? Send me an email at blind-pig@live.com or leave a comment under any post.

Pink Floyd 09/22/72 Bowl De Luna Hollywood Bowl LA CA Harvested HRVCDR012 @ 320

Excellent audience recording. Like I have said before, I used to avoid audience recordings. After listening to many aud. recs. recently, most "SUCK". However, a few do not. I have had to take my soundboard trained ear and retrain it a little for the new genre. Just remember, an "excellent" audience recording does not sound the same as an "excellent" soundboard. Highly recommended. "Full Erection" rated.

the floyd were one of those bands that could carry off and audience recording, i dont know why, maybe because they always had a shit hot sound system to start with or maybe because of the spacey nature of their sound, the floyd created an atmosphere at their gigs, waves of sound washing over the crowd that might be lost on a soundboard.
i remember when this particular gig first surfaced on the crackers triple bootleg and how it became many peoples favourite floyd boot. not only is the recording great but the band are playing like demons pocessed...One of these days..is a Monster i tell you and pre album darkside pisses all over post album versions everytime...why they thought they should add wailing girl singers and sodding baker street saxophones later on baffles me...
this is the floyd at their greatest and if i had to have just one floyd live thing this whould be it
