With Success Comes A Price

I received my first notice from a copyright holder to remove a post. King Crimson to be exact. It has me a little scared. I had assumed I was safe posting bootlegs. Now, maybe not. I removed the post. What do I do now? Shut down the blog? Try to take it private again? I may have a way, but it may crap out like the last time. Your thoughts? Insights? Ideas? Send me an email at blind-pig@live.com or leave a comment under any post.

Hey, Tony -

Great post! I commented on this on Cellarful of Noise, but I thought I'd add it here, as well, for the edification of anyone who's interested:

Track 13 is "Jump, JIve and Harmonize," a cover of an old Thee Midnighters song. Track 16 is actually "New Orleans," a Gary "U.S." Bonds number; and track 17 is Hey Hey Hey Hey (the Little Richard/Beatles number). Not sure what track 14 is, because it didn't open the two times I un-Rar-ed the files. Amazing post, though -- anyone who digs power-pop with actual POWER should check this out!!!

Rock on,
Dan

Track 14 is "Come On Now" an old Kinks tune.

I've been wanting some more live Plimsouls for a long time. Thanks a million for putting this up, along with all the other great stuff.

More 'Souls and X would be great!
